800 Error

My apologies if this has been discussed somewhere already, i searched but could not find it. I dusted off my Phantom 3 Standard during Covid and have come across this issue. When I attempt to start the drone it states i need to take a DJI Knowledge Quiz. When I click on the OK button to take the quiz i get an error message. I get error 800 record not found. Please let me know if anyone has figured out a way around this as i currently cannot fly.

Hopefully one of our techo members will give a better response but have a look at I get an error every time i try to take the quiz. Help! | DJI FORUM

Did you try installing the current version of DJI GO?
