With the rapid improvement of 360 lens cameras/software, I wonder if manufacturers such as DJI, et al, have or are currently considering a drone that would use two (or more)360 camera lenses(front &rear of the drone) instead of the traditional gimbal system. Seems to me this might offer some advantages such as no physical mechanics and no possibility of gimbal damage.
I bet some drone engineer is thinking the same way.
