I have a new Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian; having some issues and have spent way too much time on-line with dji. I have several screenshots in my remote that I need to transmit to dji. I don’t know how to get them from the remote into my Mac laptop. Dji has given me contradictory guidance, so I am reaching out here.
