Hello everyone , I have a drone mavic 2 pro that I have been trying to register in the FAA website but it seems that anyting I have tried so far hits a wall. I have tried the numbers starting with 1581Fzzzzzzz and then the remote serial number and also 1581F163000000000000-1581F163ZZZZZZZZZZZZ and none of that works .Also software is up to date. Any ideas please ?

Double check the serial number shown on the controller. I had similar issues with my Phantom 4 Pro v2 serial number and finally noticed that the RemoteID serial number shown on the controller had an additional digit on the end (in my case it was a zero).
