Aircraft Storage full on Mini 4 Pro

You should be able to use the DJI Fly App (QuickTransfer). You can transfer files directly to your phone without a cable.

a. Power on the aircraft.

b. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your smartphone.

c. Open the DJI Fly app. If prompted, tap “Connect” to pair with the drone.

D, Tap the album icon on the lower left to view files.

e. Select the files and tap the download icon.

Or, you can download files from the DJI Mini 4 Pro’s 2GB onboard internal memory by connecting the powered-on drone directly to a computer using a USB-C (Data/Charge) cable. The drone will appear as a drive, allowing you to copy files from the DCIM > DJI00001 folder. Do not insert a micro SD card at this time…

This method does not require the remote controller.

1. Power on the DJI Mini 4 Pro. If you do not power on the drone, the drone will only recharge the battery…

2. Connect the drone to your computer using a USB-C cable.

3. The computer will recognize the drone as a new drive (or “Internal Storage”).

4. Navigate to the drive and locate the DCIM folder.

5. Copy the files from DJI00001 to your computer.

Either method should work…
