I can rarely put into words how much both of these pieces of software suck. like you guys missed the mark so bad. just go look at insta360’s interface and just copy it because whatever you were trying to do here is not working. these pre-programmed movements for some reason some of them don’t work, like a simple clockwise roll, I put it on the timeline and it doesn’t work, but you put another one of these movements on there and it works. anyway, again you guys really miss the mark here. I have to say I have never been more disappointed in a DJI purchase since I bought the avata 360. if this does not improve with some firmware updates, I’m selling it.

Perhaps you would get better support if you “Barked up the right tree…” as in contact DJI directly either through the Forum or the Support site…

Yeah this site is not affiliated directly with DJI in any way. Just users of DJI products helping each other when we can.
Which isn’t to say that the DJI Forum or other resources are necessarily going to give you any satisfaction either, but at least you should direct your rant at the ones who deserve it.

Over the four years I’ve been a DJI flyer, I have had at least three occasions when other sources never had an answer…
Here is one more source to try,..
And they have many model specific sub-forum…
The other users on the DJI forum can be quite helpful. The “Moderators”, not so much (unlike here, Mike is great 
). I’ve been on the DJI forums as long as I’ve flown DJI, close to 10 years now.
